Available alloys include stainless steel, carbon steel and heat-resistant alloy steel. Typical casting weights range from 0.1–50 kg, with ISO 8062 CT5–CT6 tolerances where achievable. Customer drawings control the passages, mounting holes and finish-machined sealing interfaces.
Silica-sol investment casting forms the water passages before heat treatment, CNC milling, drilling, tapping and surface finishing. Bearing locations, gasket faces and connection surfaces receive finish machining to establish the dimensions required for reliable assembly.
